簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目主要為唐鎮農村公路綜合養護服務，包括但不僅限于28條農村公路基、路面、橋梁、防護工程、雨水排水設施、綠化等土建工程以及道路的清掃保潔，經常性保養和修補其輕微損壞部分的作業等。協同采購人及其他相關部門迅速處置應急事件，制定相應的應急預案，除發生不可抗力事件，其他任何情況下必須保持相關設施處于良好的技術狀態，實現管養路段各類設施安全良好、規范齊全、通（運）行狀況良好。具體內容及要求詳見招標文件第三章—服務需求書。 ? ? ? ? ? ?

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?This project mainly provides comprehensive maintenance services for rural roads in Tang Zhen, including but not limited to 28 rural roads, such as foundations, pavements, bridges, protection works, rainwater drainage facilities, greening and other civil works, as well as road cleaning, regular maintenance and repair of slightly damaged parts. Cooperate with the purchaser and other relevant departments to quickly deal with emergency events and formulate corresponding emergency plans. Except for force majeure events, the relevant facilities must be kept in good technical condition under any other circumstances, so as to achieve good safety, complete specifications and good traffic (transportation) conditions of all kinds of facilities in the managed and maintained sections.
