Brief Specification Description:?The main content of this project is to provide outsourced services for the staff canteen at the Dajubei office of the People's Government of Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (No. 65 Jinxiao Road). Service address: Cafeteria at 65 Jinxiao Road, Daju North Office Point, providing catering services for approximately 120 diners per day. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details).
合同履約期限:2025年7月1日起至2026年6月30日。

二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定;
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求:(1)落實預留份額措施,提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額,扶持中小企業政策:本項目專門面向中小企業采購,評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。(2)扶持殘疾人福利性單位,并將其視同小微型企業;
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:? (1) Implement reserved quota measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for small and medium-sized enterprise products during evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises;
(c)本項目的特定資格要求:(3)須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織;
(4)具有市場監督管理部門頒發的有效期內的《食品經營許可證》,且涵蓋本項目所承包內容相匹配的經營項目;
(5)本項目不允許轉包。
